Product Description: The UHC-302 is a 9-point, LonMark certified, application-specific VAV box controller with integrated DC brushless damper motor and integrated airflow sensor.
Product Application(s): Single-duct pressure independent or pressure dependent VAV box controller with shaft-mount damper actuator and integral flow sensor. It accomodates series or parallel fan powered terminal units or terminal units without fans. Configurable heating control supports three stages of electric reheat and analog modulating or floating valve control for hot water heat. Include ventilation strategies to meet ASHRAE 62.1. General purpose side loop provides independent control for additional simple HVAC equipment
