Product Description: Savvy is a fixed I/O, programmable primary controller and supervisory interface with 21 on-board I/O. Each Savvy can provide global communications support for up to 31 Logic One secondary controllers (500 points max) on the secondary LAN and communicates with other primary controllers and workstations on the primary LAN. EC is an older version of the Savvy, with less memory and processor power. The EC is replaced by the Savvy.
Product Application(s): Savvy is designed for multi site centrally managed facilities designed to provide control of common HVAC and electrical systems, and to interface and provide communications to the secondary network controllers. Savvy is intended as the primary building controller and supervisory and communications interface for multi site single building installations, including 'big box' retail stores, banks, schools with moderate numbers of dispersed unitary equipment. (Larger single site campuses with multiple-building installations should use Lingo primary controllers).
