Product Name(s): VMA-1610; VMA-1620
Product Description: The VMA-1600 Series are application specific controllers provided with on board electric dampers actuators for VAV terminal unit applications and are located on a BACnet bus. They contain common preprogrammed VAV terminal control sequences per-programmed and can be user-modified for custom sequences using 'side-loops'. (See also 'Programming')
Product Application(s): The VMA-1600 series are application specific controllers with integral actuators designed for pressure-dependent, pressure independent, or constant volume single duct, dual duct, and fan powered terminal unit applications. Reheat options include proportional, 2-position, floating valves; and 1 or 2 stage electric. Baseboard heat can also be controlled.

What is the controllers role in trending? Provides values
Can controller be programmed to 'push' data to archive or are trends 'pulled' from controller?
When full, does controller automatically send up trend data, overwrite data, or stop logging data?
Programming Method(s) The Controller Configuration Tool (CCT) is used to configure, similate and commission the VMA 16 controllers on an MS/TP bus.
Resident vs Non-Resident Program Execution Standard software is resident in the controller. Custom programming is possible and stored in writeable flash memory.
Resident/Supervisory. This controller supervises the scheduling of other controllers.
Resident/Stand Alone. This controller contains its own schedule.
Non-Resident. This controller is dependent upon another controller for its schedule.
None. This controller has no scheduling features.
Resident Energy Management
Energy management algorithms for this controller can be custom programmed
Pre-programmed/built-in algorithms available, and are fully editable using custom programming
Pre-Programmed/built-in with limited editing via template-based programming
Controller is not typically used for energy management functions
Specific Pre-Programmed Algorithms Available
None (custom programming only)
None (not applicable)
Optimal Start/Optimal Stop
Peak Demand Limiting/Load Shedding
Economizer (enthalpy, dry-bulb, CO2, modulating/2-position, etc.)
